Administrative Assistant
The ideal team person that will fill this position must have excellent computer skills that include Word, Excel, ability to create and send emails, and a knowledge of social media. You must have knowledge of Quickbooks and the ability to learn internal programs.
Communication is key in our organization and we value the ability to keep it going smoothly. The ability to assist our Chaplains and others through basic problem solving, listening and directing along with taking precise messages is also some of the skills we are looking for in a person.
Team player is a must. We work with those who are in crisis and trauma, who have been through stuff, who need us to be there for them. You will work along side our Chaplains to make things happen. Being a team player means that you may be privilege to some conversations both within our organization and outside of our organization. It will be expected that you keep all in confidence. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hiring.
