Warrior Family is seeking those AACC Certified, Credentialed Mental Health Coaches and State Licensed Counselors to serve within our national Chaplain Centers. These are paid positions. Our Counselors and Mental Health Coaches who join our ranks;
- Are fully insured (Professionals Liability)
- Earn a % of client payments
- Both in-house and virtual (Telehealth) appointments
- Maintaining the MHC and Counselors schedules and appointments
- Client appointments
- Confirmation calls/text
- Prepays and Insurance Filings
- Tracking all payroll
- MHC will be paid for cash only clients
- Counselors will be paid for insurance filed clients when the insurance company remits payment for that client
- Maintaining MHC and Counselors personnel files
- WFM Contract
- Licensure
- Certificates
- Training
- Background checks
- Bank deposit account number for payment
- Current picture ID
- Counselors
- NPI number registration
- CAQH listing
