60 Days of Prayer ~ Day 4

60 Days of Prayer ~ Day 4

Today is day 4 of our 60 days of prayer for our Kentucky event. For today I would ask that you continue to focus on each day’s topic but also continue the previous days’ prayer needs. Remember, Warriors are needed. We will be in enemy territory, bringing the Light to the dark. We need seasoned Warriors, those who are bold, ready to face what comes our way and who know that the fight begins on our knees.

Day 4. Me. Why is it so important to take a day to focus on me? I know… most times we tend to pray for everything and everyone but not for ourself. When I was much younger, I use to think that praying over myself was a selfish act. Then a pastor I admire, in so many words, told me it was selfish to not pray for myself. Praying for yourself means that we seek Him first, over everything in our lives – He’s number 1. As you pray for you, ask Him to remind you of the “Simple Gospel” that led you first to fall in love with Him.

We ARE the ARMY of GOD! We ARE on the FRONT LINES! We are HIS WARRIORS!

I’ve got your six but most important – He’s got our six.
